Clubs:
Education Club
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Laura Hauerwas
Members aspire to enrich the lives of chldren in the neighboring community through volunteering, tutoring and sharing a love for learning through our active involvement with local schools, community centers, and the PC Education Office. We are dedicated to working to create enriching educational experiences, spreading awareness of humanitarian issues, and aiding in professional development.
Council for Exceptional Children-RI Chapter 22
Faculty Advisor : Dr. Deborah Goessling
This club is a pre-professional organization that promotes better understanding of people with disabilities. Membership is primarily future special education teachers, but all are welcome. This club is part of the International Council for Exceptional Children . It is committed to increasing campus awareness. This club has been aproved by the Council for Exceptional Children and is open to all students, including graduate students.
Best Buddies
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Zachary Rosetti
Best Buddies is an international non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disability by providing opportunities for one-to-one friendships and integrated employment. Best Buddies Colleges provide opportunities for college students to be matched in one-to-one friendships with people with intellectual and developmental disability. The club is open to all students, and includes a commitment of weekly communication and monthly outings with one's buddy.

This is the honor society of the International Reading Association.
Kappa Delta Pi-Sigma Upsilon Chapter
Faculty Advisor: Dr. Laurie Grupp
Kappa Delta Pi is an international honor society for students in Elementary/Special Education, Music Education, or Secondary Education. Students who have an overall CGPA of 3.25 at the end of sophomore or junior year are invited to join. All members must maintain active status by attending two meetings per semester and completing one service activity.
