Alembic, The
The Alembic is Providence College’s literary journal. Published annually in April, The Alembic includes the work of Providence College students and faculty as well as that of established writers and artists from the United States and abroad. The journal focuses on short fiction, poetry, and art, and, to a lesser extent, on literary criticism and book reviews.

Cowl, The
The Cowl is the Providence College student newspaper. Written and edited by students, The Cowl is published weekly during the school year. It is not published in the summer, during holiday weeks, or semester breaks. Editorially, The Cowl strives to provide a strong voice and be an accessible, valuable resource to all members of the College community.

Spectrum, The
The Spectrum, a newspaper for the faculty and staff of Providence College, is published monthly August through June by Providence College. It is also intended to communicate College news and policies, the deeds and accomplishments of faculty and staff, and campus happenings and events.
