Undergraduate Degree Programs

The School of Business includes 4 majors that lead to a Bachelor of Science degree. Starting with the class of 2012 these majors share a common set of core courses. This allows students more flexibility in terms of switching between business majors during their first two years and ensures that business graduates have a broad understanding of all major business disciplines.

Please note: For all students in the class of 2011 or earlier, please see curriculum in the College's Undergraduate Catalog.

  • Accountancy: The program's objective is to enable the student to adapt the knowledge and skills developed through the study of accounting to new situations encountered in a dynamic business environment.
  • Finance: The program's objective is to expose students to the traditional areas of study within the discipline of finance: corporate finance, investments, and financial institutions.
  • Management: The program's objective is to develop management competence in liberal arts students to prepare them for local, national, and global leadership positions in the 21st-century organizations.
  • Marketing: The program's objective is to help students become familiar with the marketing process and with the theoretical concepts, tools, and skills necessary to successfully enter and advance in the global marketing arena.
