An employer presentation on how to prepare for, and handle upcoming job fairs. Offers tips on what to say and do in 60 seconds to make the recruiter want to explore the possibility of hiring you. You will also learn tips on how to best gather information about organizations to help you decide if you are interested in applying.

A reception for students from all majors, employers from diverse industries and graduate school representatives. Employers meet informally with students to promote opportunities prior to campus recruiting dates and online resume collections.

Then stop in and attend this brief, but mandatory, info session to learn all about the Winter Break Career Shadowing Day Program! At this session you will also receive a list of ALL the alumni volunteers! Application deadline is November 5.

The Washington DC Semester Program & The RI State Government Internship Program

Attend this information session to learn about these Spring 2009 internship programs. The Washington DC Program combines academic study and experiential learning in a one semester program at American University . Admission is competitive. The RI State Government Internship Program offers multiple internships in various settings. All majors are welcome.

Post Graduate Volunteer Fair

Attend this annual fair for the opportunity to meet representatives from over 30 volunteer programs. The programs that they will be offering are a year of service (some will offer shorter periods), living stipend, health insurance, tuition voucher, and in many cases, room and board.
