On-Campus Recruiting
On-Campus Interviews conducted from October to April.

Information Required
Email job description, brief company profile, company website address, and primary contact information. Information entered for you – no password necessary.
Process
Students view jobs on web based system and apply electronically. Employers are emailed resumes in one batch to prescreen. Employers are requested to email the names of the candidates that they wish to interview at 2 weeks prior to the interview date. We contact candidates and arrange interview schedule which we send to you.
System
The eRecruiting system by experience.com is used to administer the Recruiting Program.

Information Sessions
Some employers choose to conduct an Information Session the evening before the interview date in order to cover general information about the company and the job.
Room Reservations: Our office will inform you of your room location for your session.

Off-Campus Recruiting
For employers who wish to collect resumes of seniors during the academic year, but are not able to conduct interviews on-campus. Interviews can by arranged directly by the employer at their organization site. Similar resume collection and promotional process as with on-campus recruiting, see above information. Resumes are collected electronically and forwarded to employers by designated deadline date.

Email job description, brief company profile, company website address, and primary contact information. Information is entered for you – no password necessary. Designate deadline date and target audience, i.e. seniors that will graduate in May or alums.
Process
Candidates view opportunities online and apply directly to organization as directed. Information entered for you into web based electronic system for students to view – no password necessary.
System
The eRecruiting system by experience.com is used for jobs for graduating seniors. The Alumni Central system is used for immediate opening for alums.

Lobby Table

Information Required
Email flyer stating the date and time of your visit along with a brief description of the opportunity offered at your organization or the programs at your graduate school.
Process
Our office will make copies and send the flyer to all seniors through campus mail. Your visit will also be promoted via the calendar section of eFriars, our erecruiting system.
Sponsorship and Donations
If you are interested in sponsoring an event through Career Services, or would like to donate equipment (computers, etc.) or funds to the Career Services Office, please contact Linda Ernst at 401-865-2184 or via email. We appreciate your support.
Other Involvement
The Office of Career Services continues to offer new programs for Employers to become involved with. If you would like to be involved in a program that we are not currently offering, email Linda Ernst to discuss ways we can work with you.
Alumni Employers
If you are an alumni/nae who would like to post a job or assist our graduating seniors in other ways, thank you for your interest. In addition to the services for employers, employers that are PC alumni also have the opportunity to post jobs in the Alumni Career Center, which will enable your organization to have optimum exposure to alums. The Office of Institutional Advancement hosts the online Alumni Career Center module as part of the PC Alumni Online Directory. This resource offers opportunities for alumni resume and job postings, mentoring, networking, and links to helpful career resources.
