PC Alumni Online Community & Alumni Career Center

Alumni are encouraged to join the Alumni Online Community  and use the Alumni Career Center. After registering in the Directory, the Alumni Career Center offers the following features:

  • Post jobs for alumni
  • Search job postings from PC alumni and others
  • Post your resume
  • Volunteer to mentor/serve as a resource to other PC alums
  • Search for alumni mentors/networking resources

You can also use the Advanced Search feature of the online directory to identify potential alumni contacts by specific employers, occupations or geographic areas.

  • In networking, ask for information and advice and discuss some ideas for finding job
leads. Always ascertain the alum’s willingness to assist. Do not expect that any alumnus
will be able to get you an interview or a job.
  • Be prepared to summarize what you see as your major selling points - skills,
    strengths, achievements.
  • You can ask for advice on how these selling points might match career possibilities in
    their industry.

Alumni Clubs and Networking Events

Many of the college's Alumni Clubs sponsor career networking events at various times during the year. Call the Office of Institutional Advancement at 401-865-2414 to inquire about details and how you can participate, or visit their homepage.
