The Center for Teaching Excellence, in conjunction with Academic Affairs, helps to host New Faculty Orientation prior to the beginning of the fall  semester classes.  The Orientation is designed to welcome new faculty into the ongoing campus dialogue about teaching and learning.  They are informed about the resources and services that the CTE can offer them, such as library books and periodicals, mid-semester evaluations of their classes, faculty travel funds, and upcoming CTE events of relevance.
