Students receive one Continuing Education Unit (CEU) for each 10-hour C.O.R.E. course successfully completed.  If you already have certification credits, you may use these credits to fulfill up to 20 hours (two courses) of elective credits.

The regular fee for each 10-hour course is $200, payable at time of registration.  A special financial arrangement with the Diocese of Providence requires all diocesan schools to subscribe to the CORE program.  Each subscription provides the school with eight course registrations at the discounted rate of $40 per course.  Catholic schools in the Diocese of Providence are responsible for establishing teacher reimbursement policies. 

Catechists should consult their directors of religious education and/or pastors to discuss the possibility of financial aid.
