A Celebration of American Studies
Interdisciplinary Teaching

Interdisciplinary and team-teaching are a hallmark of faculty who teach in the American Studies program.  Each semester, faculty across a wide spectrum of departments and programs collaborate on developing courses that are of high interest to students. AMS courses encourage the active engagement of students in their own learning. Seminar size is restricted to make the full exchange of ideas and discussions of the readings meaningful and worthwhile.
