Providence College alumni/ae are invited to take part in various FUSION events throughout the year. Friars United for Service in Our Neighborhood (FUSION) celebrates the tradition of outreach and community service as regional clubs help others in need. This spring, alumni took part in six FUSION events and joined together for a day of service on Saturday, April 25, 2009. Participants in Providence, Boston, New York, Chicago, and Washington, D.C. assisted with local park and public school clean-ups, home improvements, and playground construction. Thank you to all of our volunteers for your service in our neighborhoods!
