Information For International Students

At Providence College, you'll find a warm, welcoming community and a rigorous academic program that is interwoven with every aspect of campus life—from extracurricular activities to community service to athletics. Our professors are deeply engaged in research and scholarship—and so are our students. Here, students have the opportunity to work side-by-side with experts in everything from literature to stem cells.

As an international student, you'll receive the personal attention you need to make the transition seamless—something rarely found on larger college campuses. Our International Student Welcome Program will help you get acquainted with campus, while the Center for International Studies will provide support throughout your college career. Through the International Student Organization (ISO) and the many other student clubs on campus, you can easily make new friends and find a supportive community for your four years at Providence College - and beyond.
