Students with an interest in the areas of theatre, dance, or film are invited to an Open House on Friday, November 3, 2006 sponsored by the Providence College Department of Theatre, Dance, and Film. Opportunities will be available for prospective students to meet with faculty members and current students, tour the Smith Center for the Arts, and attend an acting class to get a first-hand experience of the PC theatre program. Registration is required and, if you are interested in attending, please call the Department of Theatre, Dance, and Film at 401-865-2327 to register and receive more information about the program.

The department will be holding auditions throughout the day for students who wish to major in Theatre or who are considering studying Dance and would like to audition at this time. More information on auditions will be provided to students after they register for the program. Additionally, any student who registers for the program will have the opportunity to receive complimentary tickets to the department's production of Amadeus. The performance begins at 8 PM in the Angell Blackfriars Theatre of the Smith Center.
