Please note, to maximize your opportunities, it is recommended that you submit your employment application to more than one department for consideration.
- For undergraduate students - once you have secured a position on campus, be sure to come back to the 'Required Paperwork' section on the right hand side and use the guides to determine what paperwork you need to complete to ensure you are properly added to the student payroll. All paperwork must be returned to the Office of Financial Aid, Harkins Hall, Room 215 before you can begin working.
- For graduate students - once you have been offered a graduate assistantship, your supervisor must notify the Office of Financial Aid in order for you to receive employment paperwork. This paperwork must be completed in order to receive the monthly stipend as well as the tuition benefit associated with graduate assistantships.
