Office of Institutional Research

The mission of the Office of Institutional Research (OIR) is to provide comprehensive planning and management information for Providence College as well as the president and executive management.  The office focuses on retrieving, analyzing, and reporting administrative information for the needs of the president's cabinet and federal requirements.  With emphasis on the College's self-assessment process, OIR is the primary resource for coordination and design of all surveys and questionnaires within the campus community.  OIR strives to maintain data and information on all aspects of the College: students, enrollment, facilities, faculty, and staff.  OIR also provides data, information, and analytical reports on institutional research topics designed to promote and improve the use of information and data in the College's ongoing planning and decision-making process.

For more information, call 401-865-2723 or visit the Office of Institutional Reasearch's internal site (access limited to Providence College).
