Providence College is organized administratively into eight divisions:

• Academic Affairs
• Athletics
• College Relations and Planning
• Finance and Business
• General Counsel
• Institutional Advancement
• Mission and Ministry
• Student Affairs Administration 

The Athletics Department is under the direction of the executive vice president.  Each other division is under the direction of a vice president. Together with the College’s president and executive vice president, these administrators comprise the Senior Cabinet and are responsible for the day-to-day operations of Providence College.
