Ready to Declare Your Major?
  1. Be sure you've done your research - You must be able to complete:
    • Major Requirements - Departmental requirements and electives and any additional non-departmental requirements if any.
    • General Degree Requirements - Core courses and a minimum of 36 courses and 116 credits total.
  2. Meet with the Department Chair of the selected major. Be sure to take a degree audit with you to review with your new Department Chair (you can obtain one from CyberFriar).
  3. Return the Academic Program Adjustment form (signed by the Department Chair of the selected major) to the Office of the Undeclared Advising Program, Harkins 210.  No appointment necessary.
