The Office of Career Services is the central campus resource for students interested in school-year or summer internship opportunities. Internships can be volunteer, paid, and/or for academic credit. Academic credit internships (three credits), typically 10-12 hours per week for one semester, are available to eligible juniors and seniors. Students interested in receiving academic credit should contact the academic department related to the internship and meet with the College internship coordinator for assistance with site development.
All students interested in internships should register their interests and search for opportunities via e-Friars, the office's online registration and posting system. Additional internship resources and personalized assistance are available in the Office of Career Services. An on-campus Summer Fair for Jobs and Internships is held annually in March.
