Internship Waiver Policy

To be exempt from the internship requirement, a student must have been employed full-time continuously for a minimum of one-year with a firm or not-for-profit organization within the past three years. The experience must have included work in one or more of the areas of accounting, finance, management, or marketing within the organization and required skills commensurate with MBA course work. Undergraduates who have received credit for an internship toward their undergraduate degree cannot also receive MBA graduate credit for the same internship. Request for a waiver must be submitted to the MBA Director in writing who will make the final determination.
