In addition to our publicly available Windows/PC computers, the library also has several Apple Macintosh computers. Serving to augment our existing computer resources, these new iMac Computers include standard web browsers and Microsoft Office products, and feature attached flatbed scanners, CD/DVD burners, and suites of creativity software.
Creation Station/Macintosh Lab
Located in Room 110 on the main floor of the library (near the Government Documents collection)
- Four 24-inch Intel-Core-2 iMac computers, running Mac OSX 10.5 (Leopard) with Epson flatbed scanners attached. (recently updated)
- Features a full suite of creation software, including Photoshop CS3, Acrobat Professional, Illustrator CS3, InDesign CS3, Dreamweaver CS3, Microsoft Office 2008, and the iLife ’08 products. (recently updated)
This lab is open and free for patron use during regular library hours.
Information Station
Located near the front entrance to the library.
