Transcripts for current or former students may be ordered through mail, in person, E-mail ( records@providence.edu), or by fax (401-865-1899). Requests from E-mail must come from a recognizable E-mail address (this means the student's name must be part of the E-mail address). You may submit a Transcript Request Form (PDF File 198K) with your request. Due to the high volume of requests, there is a limit of ten (10) transcripts per month. We do not accept telephone requests, nor do we E-mail or fax transcripts from this office.
TRANSCRIPTS ARE FREE OF CHARGE.
Transcripts will not be issued for students with "holds" on their records.
