
To provide more choices in student housing, a 348-bed suite-style facility was opened on September 6, 2004.
Suites Hall is a third option to traditional residence halls and on-campus apartments.
Located on the Lower Campus, it features two-person bedrooms with an adjoining common living area for combinations of four or six persons per suite.
Dedication Ceremony

Suites Hall dedication ceremony was held on Monday, September 13, 2004.

Suites Hall Interior
Each fully furnished unit includes:

a full-size refrigerator, small sink, and space for a microwave and food storage

laundry and common rooms on the ground level

A kitchen area and a sitting area comprise the "common" room of suites in Suites Hall.

Residence facility amenities include a sitting area with an adjacent study room in the lobby on each level.

A typical two-person bedroom in Suites Hall contains a bed, a dresser, and a desk for each student-tenant.

The residence facility contains a study lounge.
