Providence, RI--Providence College's Committee on Aid to Faculty Research (CAFR) has awarded over $54,000 in grant monies to nine faculty members. The purpose of the competitive awards program is to enhance the academic quality of the College by supporting faculty in scholarly pursuits. Since the program's inception more than 25 years ago, the College has awarded in excess of $1 million to faculty members.
