High quality meeting facilities are a focal point of Providence College Conference Services. Providence College meeting rooms and classrooms feature state-of-the art audiovisual technology, including Internet connection.

The campus offers meeting space to groups as small as 10 to as large as 300 participants. We maintain over 35 function spaces, varying in size, as well as a multitude of high technology classrooms.

 
Support Services

Providence College’s experienced conference staff work diligently with a wide array of on and off-campus support services to ensure all busy meeting planners’ needs are met. The Conferencing Philosophy at Providence College is that of “one stop shopping.”

The client contacts the conference staff at Providence College with all meeting requirements.  The PC conference planner would then make all appropriate contacts and arrange for on campus support services. Some of these services include: security, telecommunications, academic media services, emergency medical support, catering, physical plant, rental agencies, etc.   Many special requests can be met by the Providence College conference team.

Sodexho/Marriott  is our on-site, full service dining operation. Sodexho manages an impressive catering department.  From the simple to the elaborate, a full range of catering is available to your attendees.
