Conferencing involves the use of Providence College's on-campus space and should adhere to the following guidelines:

• The organization is holding an educationally based meeting, seminar, or training session. 
• The function is limited to either full-day or partial-day time frames; no overnight accommodations can be considered at this time.   
• Due to campus facility space constraints, the maximum participant capacity of a conference should not exceed 300 people. 
• Space opportunities will be made available to organizations during targeted campus off-peak periods only.  Requests for consecutive days' use will be considered.   
• The nature of an event cannot be in conflict with the college's mission.   
• The organization must be self-insured.
