Assembly Sites & Instructions for Administrators, Faculty and Staff:
Academic Attire:
Faculty members are required to wear academic attire to all of the events listed below. Faculty members who have ordered rental attire through Waldorf Cap and Gown must pick up their order before 4 p.m. on Friday, May 16 at the PC Bookstore.
Parking on Campus:
Faculty and administrative officers are encouraged to park in the Peterson Garage. Please use the Cumberland Street entrance for access to both parking lots. You may enter and exit through that Cumberland Street gate.
The easiest route to access Peterson Recreation Center for both the Academic Awards Ceremony and the Commencement Mass will be via the Concannon Atrium. Vesting for Saturday's events will be in the Peterson Dance Studio and racquetball courts. Once inside Peterson, you will simply proceed down the stairwell to your right to access the main floor and the racquetball courts for vesting. Members of the Friars Club will be posted along the route to assist you.

Saturday, May 17- Awards Ceremony

Dunkin' Donuts Center; Procession begins promptly at 10:30 a.m.
Please Note: If you have a specific Commencement-related task as an administrator, faculty member or staff volunteer, customized instructions have been provided to you. Also, if you are seated on the Dais, you will be receiving special instructions that override the following directions.
Directions to Vesting locations in lower level of Dunk:
After entering the main doors of the Dunk bear to your left once you've passed through the lobby. Proceed to your left until you reach Section 105, where you can access the adjacent stairwell to report to your lower level vesting site.

BUS SERVICE TO THE DUNK: A "First Student Bus" will depart for the DDC at 8:30 a.m. from the Priory and again at 9:45 a.m. for faculty and staff wishing to leave their cars on campus. The bus is scheduled to return to campus immediately following the ceremony, departing from the front of the Convention Center.
